August 22, 2019 – Los Angeles – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is pleased to announce the Rush Wisconsin West Ducks as a member kicking off with the 2020 Spring Season. The Ducks are the top tier team of the Rush Wisconsin West Soccer Club.
Based in La Crosse (Wisc.), the Rush Wisconsin West Ducks will begin UPSL play in the Midwest Conference Division I, and host its UPSL homes games at the 50-acre Rush Wisconsin West Soccer Complex (2500 Hauser Street, La Crosse, WI 54601) in compliance with UPSL's Minimum Standards.
United Premier Soccer League Midwest Conference Manager Carlos Torres said, "The UPSL's Midwest Conference has been extremely competitive since its inception two years ago, and now will continue to take a step up in competition as the Rush Wisconsin West Ducks take on the challenge of playing in the UPSL. Rush Wisconsin West is an exciting club and Nicole Lukic is a strong leader for the game in Southwest Wisconsin. As Technical Director of the club, Nicole will have her club prepared to execute in 2020, and it's with strong leadership that the club will reach new heights. We wish Rush Wisconsin West the best of luck as it gets set to kick off next season."
Rush Wisconsin West SC was established five years ago and has since become the top youth club in Southwest Wisconsin's Coulee Region, featuring competitive and recreation soccer programs for boys and girls. The club is operated by a board of directors.

Nicole Lukic is Technical Director at Rush Wisconsin West SC. A native of Wisconsin, Lukic played four seasons at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (NCAA) and holds a USSF National 'B' coaching license. Lukic will serve as General Manager for the club's UPSL entrant.

The Rush Wisconsin West Soccer Club is a vertically-integrated youth club featuring competitive and recreational teams for players in Southwest Wisconsin. The club serves hundreds of youth players every year.

The UPSL was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 300 teams in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. UPSL is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the USA, with 400-plus teams targeted for 2019 Fall Season. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining either UPSL Pro Premier Division or Championship Division minimum standards.
UPSL teams are all eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds through the leagues affiliation with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
